Amy started her career working at a law firm in Leeds at the age of eighteen whilst studying for her Law degree (LLb) at Leeds Metropolitan University. During the many years that followed, Amy completed the Legal Practice Course whilst also working at a number of small to medium sized firms in East and West Yorkshire, gaining experience in a number of different areas of Law before deciding that conveyancing was the area that she wanted to work in. Other than the couple of years where she ran her own business, Amy has worked in conveyancing ever since and has experience of assisting on sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and new build transactions.
Outside of work, Amy has very little spare time as she spends it trying to keep up with the hectic social lives of her two young children; in fact they have a better social life than she does! In the very little time that she does have spare, she enjoys burning off steam in the gym, spending time socialising with her friends and indulging her love for horse riding; none of which she gets to do enough.
